It was about a week ago, that I posted one my favorite breakfasts. Here are some of the results for this week 198lbs and 39 inches. Here's what that looks like:

This is somewhere around 1989 to '92 before USS Nimitz, weight. It is pretty amazing, I enjoying photos a lot more these days.

Savory Breakfast

That's right Flatbread and Pancake Mix transformed into a delicous breakfast event.  I added flax seeds and garlic parsley seasoning, heated up last nights left over vegetable melody. I used a raspberry vingerette dressing. It was so delectible that I had to capture it with my phone camera.

I washed it down with some Xtra with Aloe Gold. Yummy in the tummy. I need to find a reward for a poundage milestone. Miki says a new flipper isn't enough. Maybe I look for three new kitchen utensils.

Ground Hog Day 2012               201.5lbs what I weighed this morning.  The belly button measurement was 39.5" a pretty small number compared to 43.5" in the beginning of the month, getting close to jump into stage 2, it is really close.
